A truly exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and creative Regional Marketing Manager to become the driving force behind one of the Middle East's most pioneering luxury groups, who are home to some of the world's most influential brands.
Description: As Regional Marketing Manager for one of the company's most influential beauty brands, you will have responsibility for the full marketing mix; oversee advertising, public relations, sales promotions, events, marketing and sales collateral development with the aim of maximising awareness of the company's brands and maximising sales.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
*Co-ordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers
*Work with Brand/Product Managers in setting up the yearly plan suitable for the market as per the brand guidelines
*Recommend marketing mix for existing shops and new openings to ensure the smooth implementation once approved
*Oversee all promotions and advertisements
*Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy
*Assist the Division Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan for the business and preparing yearly budgets and forecasting sales
You will have already proven your talents within Marketing for a luxury beauty brand across the Middle East and have experience of successfully positioning a retail organisation and driving success in a competitive market place.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have experience within the beauty, cosmetic or skincare industry.
