Our Professional fees

They are chargeable for the introduction of a candidate who is subsequently employed by your company (or by any subsidiary or related division of your company) within a period of 12 months from the initial acceptance of the CV from LR.

Completion fees will be chargeable on the day a candidate commences employment. If a client engages our candidate directly or indirectly or refers our candidate to a third party who subsequently engages our candidate, the client will be liable for the appropriate fee.

Our fees are based on the first year’s gross emoluments (which include guaranteed bonuses, commissions and allowances).

Our payment terms

Invoices are due for payment within 21 days of the date of invoice. The client must notify us of any queries regarding invoices within 7 days of receipt. Where invoices remain outstanding after the due date a late payment of 3 % will be levied per month, on a cumulative basis, until settlement is received in full.

Guaranty

If within 30/60 days, the candidate resigns or is dismissed (for any reason other than through redundancy), a replacement candidate will be offered free of charge.

Liability

While we Endeavour to submit candidates who are suitable for our clients needs, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage or other cost; irrespective of how they are caused, which a client may suffer or for which a client may become liable, arising out of, or in correction with, the introduction of our candidate to a client company.

Our commitment to our clients and candidates

All our consultants aim to provide the best value possible and are contracted not to divulge information relating to our clients. Candidates are also assured of confidentiality, so details cannot be provided to a client, nor references, sought, without their prior approval. All clients are also bound by this commitment; thus offers of employment should be made “subject to satisfactory references and proof of qualifications”.

Acceptance

No variation can be made to these terms of business without the written confirmation of a Director of LR. The client makes this agreement from the date of the signature, as set out below.

Law

These terms are governed by UK Law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
