        <responsibilities><![CDATA[They are looking for an Assistant Manager to co-manage their new store in Dublin. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Be really sales focused and proactively achieve sales targets for the month
* Ensure the team offers exceptional personal service to all customers 
* Support Store Manager with Store Operations
* Management of rotas to ensure all areas, shifts & peak trading periods are covered
